How long will I receive my e-gold?

For selling e-gold, do I need to transfer e-gold to you first?
Yes. We need to confirm receiving your e-gold then only send money
to you.
What is "cents level adjustment"?
We use that to distinguish each payment make by users, due to some
payment method like Maybank2u transfer or ATM deposit, there is no
way to identify who make the payment. Therefore we implement this
technique to help us know who already pay us. This process is fully
automatic, upon ordering we will generate a "cent level adjustment"
figure to the amount need to pay us. It is important to follow the
payment instruction and pay exact the amount requested in order for
the system to work.
What is "promotional code"?
From time to time we will offer our customers promotion rate by
sending them a "promotional code". By entering "promotional code" in
order form will entitle you a better rate.
Do you trade over Yahoo Messenger or MSN
Messenger?
No. We will never trade over instant messenger, all transactions and
orders must goes through our website. We will never ask customers to
bank-in money to our bank account without placing order at our site.
Can I come to your office to pay cash?
No. Our office are not open for visitors. We are sorry that for security reason we don't want to keep cash
in office. Payment only via online bank transfer or direct bank-in
over bank counter or ATM.
